摘 要:以脂肪水平为4.64%、6.56%、8.47%、10.39%和12.31%的5组试验饲料,饲喂凡纳滨对虾[初始质量(9.84±0.14)g]。水温为23.4~27.0℃,60 d。饲养结果显示,体质量增加及成活率以8.47%脂肪含量组最佳;雄虾肝胰腺中的C18:3n-3,雄虾肌肉脂质中C20:4n-6、C20:5n-3、C22:5n-3与饲料脂肪水平有显著的正相关(P<0.05);饲料脂肪水平对肌肉和肝胰腺脂肪含量有显著的影响,对各组虾肝胰腺的超微结构也有一定程度的影响。Pacific white leg shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei [initial body weight (9.84±0.14) g] were ieu five experimental diets containing lipid levels of 4.64% ,6.56% ,8.47% ,10. 39% and 12.31% for 60 days at water temperature ranging from 23.4 ℃ to 27.0 ℃ to evaluate effects of dietary lipid levels on growth and metabolism in the shrimp. The results showed that the maximal weight gain, the survival rate and the minimal food conversion ratio were observed in the shrimp fed the diet containing lipid of 8.47 %. There were significant positive relationships between C18:3n-3 level in hepatopancreas of male shrimp and C20: 4n-6,C20:5n-3, and C22:5n-3 levels in muscle of male shrimp and the dietary lipid levels(P〈0.05). There were significant effects of dietary lipid levels on the lipid contents in the hepatopancreas and muscles,and changes in hepatopancreas cells were found in the shrimp fed the diets containing different lipid levels.
