摘 要:应用组织切片法对半滑舌鳎早期胚胎发育过程中的孵化腺细胞的发生、分布及动态过程进行了观察。半滑舌鳎的孵化腺细胞最初由胚胎眼晶体期在头部腹面及其与卵黄囊连接处出现。孵化腺起源于外胚层,为单层细胞腺体。随着胚胎的发育,孵化腺进一步成熟,孵化腺细胞数量急剧增多,细胞体积有所增大,仍以单层细胞分布于胚体和卵黄囊外表面。胚胎孵出前,孵化腺细胞达500~800个,分布于胚胎头部两侧、腹面及其与卵黄囊连接处和卵黄囊的前腹面。孵化腺细胞大多呈椭圆形,短径6~8μm,长径7~11μm,H.E染色呈粉红色。仔鱼孵出约48 h后,孵化腺细胞从表皮中消失。The occurrence, distribution and development of hatching gland cells (HGCs) were examined in half-smooth sole Cynoglossus sernilaevis by histological methods. The hatching gland cells were firstly found in ventral head and in the joint region between head and yolk sac during the stages of len formation. The hatching gland (HG) with monolayer cells was found to be originated from the ectoderm. With the development of the embryo, the HGCs had significant increase in number and volume, and still distributed on outer surface of embryonic body and yolk sac. In prehatching stage, there were about 500-800 HGCs which were distributed in the lateral and ventral head, the joint region between the head and the yolk sac, and the anterior and ventral yolk sac. The HGCs were 6-8μm in short diameter and 7-11μm in long diameter, stained pink with eosin, and disappeared from epidermis about 48 h after hatching.
