摘 要:从改善鲍鱼育苗的生态环境条件方面入手,采用光照—微藻(底栖硅藻+浮游单胞藻)—鲍鱼苗种—微生态制剂—过滤性动物(轮虫)等复合系统为基础模式,构建多样性生物的平衡稳定体系,促进鲍鱼苗种健康快速生长,提高鲍鱼苗种存活率。试验结果表明,这种鲍鱼生态化苗种生产模式,对于鲍鱼苗种生产有很好的促进作用,试验育苗池中共培育出平均壳长约2.32 cm的鲍鱼苗种3.8×107个,从担轮幼虫到从附着基上剥离下来的苗种前期培育阶段的稚鲍壳长日平均增长39.1μm,从担轮幼虫到商品苗种的存活率达1.2%。The growth and survival of juvenile abalone were improved in a balance and stable ecological environment with biological diversity established by a complex system comprised of illumination-microalgae (diatom and chlamydomonas)-juvenile abalone-probiotics-filtering animals(Rotifera). The results showed that the ecological seedling techniques promoted seedling production of abalone. About 3.8 × 10^7 individuals of abalone juveniles with average shell length of 2.32 cm was obtained in the experimental nursery ponds. The juveniles had daily growth of 39.1μ m in shell length when they were separated from the attachments,and survival rate of 1.2 % in the stage from trochophores to commercial seedlings.
