摘　　要：20Cr钢模锻卸扣采用锻热淬火取得了良好的效果,经锻热淬火的卸扣的力学性能特别是低温冲击韧度比经常规淬火的卸扣有了显著的提高,并且节能,易于实施。The application of ausform hardening practice to die-forged shackle of 20Cr steel is very advisable.The mechanical properties of the shackle ausformed,particularly low temperature impact toughness,were appreciably elevated compared with that of the shackle commonly hardened.The ausform hardening is energy saving and easy to accomplish.
