摘 要:以烤烟品种龙江911为材料,研究了喷施CaCl2对烤烟幼苗低温高光锻炼过程中光合和叶绿素荧光特性的影响。结果表明:低温高光锻炼过程中,烤烟幼苗的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)和实际光化学效率(ФPSⅡ)均明显低于未锻炼幼苗,说明低温高光锻炼虽然能够增强烤烟幼苗的抗逆性,但却降低了其光合能力。锻炼后期烤烟幼苗的Pn、Gs、Fv/Fm和ФPSⅡ有所恢复,说明在锻炼期间烤烟幼苗叶片发生了光抑制,但这种温度和光强的锻炼并没有对烤烟幼苗光合机构产生破坏。喷施CaCl2后,烤烟幼苗叶片的Pn、Fv/Fm、ФPSⅡ、表观量子效率(AQY)、光饱合时的净光合速率(Pmax)、光补偿点(LCP)、光饱合点(LSP)、羧化效率(CE)以及CO2饱合时的净光合速率(Jmax)均明显高于低温高光锻炼幼苗,并且喷施CaCl2可以显著降低CO2补偿点(CCP),说明在烤烟幼苗低温高光锻炼过程中,喷施CaCl2可以减轻锻炼期间因锻炼本身引起烤烟幼苗光合作用的下调。The effects of calcium chloride on photosynthesis characteristic and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristic of flue-curing tobacco seedlings under chilling and high light acclimation were studied,and the seedlings of flue-curing tobacco variety Longjiang 911 was grown as material.The results showed that the net photosynthetic rates(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),maximal photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ(Fv /Fm) and actual photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ(ФPSⅡ) significantly decreased under the chilling and high light acclimation compared with non-acclimation seedlings,suggesting that the stress resistance was strengthened while photosynthetic capacity reduced.Pn,Fv /Fm and ФPSⅡof flue-curing tobacco seedlings increased to various degrees at the later stage of acclimation,which implied that the flue-curing tobacco seedlings leaves protected against damage of photosynthetic apparatus by suffering photo-inhibition under temperature and light intensity conducted in the experiment.The carbon dioxide compensation point(CCP) significantly decreased,while Pn,Gs,Fv /Fm,ФPSⅡ,apparent quantum yield(AQY),photosynthetic rate saturated light(Pmax),light compensation points(LCP),light saturation point(LSP),carbolyation efficiency(CE) and photosynthetic rate at saturated carbon dioxide(Jmax) of flue-curing tobacco seedlings leaves were significantly higher than that of acclimation seedlings after spraying calcium chloride.It is concluded that calcium chloride could alleviate damage of the photosynthetic apparatus of tobacco seedlings leaves under chilling and high light acclimation.
