摘　　要：介绍了YDYY-3000遥控液压带式压滤机的工作原理、技术指标及优点。通过对2种压滤机压滤效果的对比分析,说明YDYY-3000遥控液压带式压滤机压滤效率高、连续作业好,提高了煤泥处理能力,有效保证了洗煤生产。最后分析测算了选煤厂经济效益,YDYY-3000遥控液压带式压滤机投入运行后,为选煤厂节省药剂费用3.08万元/a,达到了减员增效、节电降耗的目的,经济效益显著。Introduce working mechanism, advantage and technical indexs of hydraulic telecontrol belt filter press YDYY-3000. According to comparing the effect of those two presses, take the conclusion that YDYY-3000 has higher efficiency, great effect in continuous operation and large handling capacity, all those promise the good running of production. This filter press has helped save flocculant cost 30800 yuan per year, achieve the purpose of downsizing staffs and improving efficiency, saving electricity and energy, get remarkable economic benefits.
