摘  要:针对淮北矿区"三软"煤层赋存特点,对ZY10000—26/56两柱掩护式大采高液压支架的稳定性进行分析,从提高"三软"煤层大采高液压支架的稳定性,控制大采高支架倾倒,由此引发大采高支架倾斜的影响因素入手,坚持以防为主、以调为辅的原则,采取各种有效措施,提高"三软"煤层下大采高液压支架的稳定性。通过在淮北矿区的使用证明,能够保证支护的稳定性,有效地解决了大采高支架在使用中的技术难题,满足了工作面安全生产的需要,实现了矿井的高效高产保证了支护的高可靠性,实现了煤矿的高效高产。In order to solve the problems associated with "3 soft" coal seams(soft roof,soft coal and soft floor) in Huaibei coal mining area,this study investigated the stability of ZY10000-26/56 aiming to improve the stability of large mining height hydraulic support at "3 soft" coal seam and its toppling.The study investigated the main impact factors on support toppling and followed the principle of toppling prevention as main measures and adjustment as supplement to apply various effective measures in improving support's stability.The practices on the usage of two legs large mining height shield hydraulic support at Huaibei mining area demonstrate that it can guarantee the stability of support,effectively solve the technical problems associated with large mining height roof support,meet the needs of safe production,achieve a high roof support reliability for mine high production,and therefore,realize a high efficient mine coal production.
