摘 要:以野生樱桃李的8个天然群体为研究对象,对7个表型性状进行多样性分析。研究发现,野生樱桃李的表型性状在群体间和群体内均存在极其丰富的变异,且大多变异极显著;通过欧氏距离进行的UPGMA聚类分析将8个天然群体分为2组,主成分分析和方差分析结果显示枝条长度、枝条粗度、叶片长度和叶柄长度4个表型变异最大,生态环境是造成野生樱桃李表型差异的主要因素。The aim of this text was mainly to analyze the phenotypic diversity of natural populations of Prunus divaricata Ldb.and the 7 morphological traits.The results indicated that there were extremely rich variations of phenotypic traits between populations and within populations of Prunus divaricata Ldb.Based on the morphological characters,cluster analysis showed that 8 populations of Prunus divaricata Ldb.have been divided into 2 parts.Principal component analysis and analysis of variance showed that four characters including shoot length,shoot diameter,leaf length and length of petiole had the most significant differences among others.Ecological environment was the main factors which produced morphological variation of Prunus divaricata Ldb.
