摘  要:根据湖南黄沙坪铅锌有色金属矿山开采工程水土流失的特点及形式,编制矿山开采工程水土保持方案,通过实施水土保持方案,项目建设区水土流失治理度达到95%以上,土壤侵蚀模数降到0.05万t/km2.a以下,水土流失控制比为100%,工程弃渣拦渣率98%以上,扰动土地整治率达到95%以上,植被恢复系数达到95%以上,林草植被覆盖率30%以上。通过方案的实施,减少了工程建设对环境的破坏,使项目区的生态环境得到了有效保护和改善。According to the characteristics of soil erosion of nonferrous metals mining project in the Huangshaping lead-zinc mine of Hunan, the soil and water conservation scheme of mining project was complied. Through the im- plementation of the soil and water conservation scheme in the construction zone of project, the treatment degree of soil erosion reached 95 %, and the soil erosion modulus dropped below 500 t/km2· a, the control ratio of soil erosion was 100%,and the clam of slag rate in the engineering abandon slag reached 90%, and the remediation rate of disturbance land could be up to 95 %, and the recovery coefficient of vegetation attained 95 % above, and the vege- tation reached 30% coverage. The implement of soil erosion scheme can reduce the damage to the environment of engineering construction, which has got effective protection for the ecological of the construction zone.
