摘　　要：通过对国内京东、淘宝,国外Overstock、JCPenny等典型购物网站配送模式的比较分析,找出了我国购物网站配送中存在的问题及原因,在借鉴国外先进经验的基础上,提出对我国购物网站配送体系建设和发展的几点建议。This article pointes out the problems of distribution of shopping website in China based on the comparative analysis of several main Shopping Website at Home and Abroad, taking 360buy and Taobao in China and Overstock and JCPenny at abroad for example, but also summarizes the limiting factors and reasons for the development of distribution of shopping websites in China. Then the article gives some relevant suggestions learning from the advanced experience of other countries for reference.
