彭州市1998-2009年艾滋病疫情分析

摘　　要：目的分析彭州市感染艾滋病病毒（HIV）人群分布和彭州市各人群艾滋病病毒（HIV）监测情况,为彭州市艾滋病防治工作提供依据。方法对1998-2009年彭州市艾滋病感染病例进行描述性流行病学分析。结果从1998年发现首例感染者,截止2009年累计报告现住址为彭州市的艾滋病感染者及病人（HIV/AIDS）共计62例,报告数呈上升趋势;性接触传播为主,48人,占77.4.1%;地区分布广,分布于17个乡镇,占90%;男女性别比为1.95∶1;20~59岁组人群高发,占77.41%;职业以农民为主并涉及多种职业群体。结论彭州市HIV/AIDS人数上升明显,人群感染面广,性传播为主要传播途径。随着大型企业的迁入,流动人口将剧增,全市艾滋病疫情形势不容乐观。应进一步加大监测、宣传、干预等艾滋病综合防治工作。Objective To analyze the situation of HIV/AIDS epidemic,so as to provide scientific evidences for the disease prevention and control.Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was adopted to analyze the data of HIV/AIDS in Pengzhou from 1998 to 2009.All HIV infected patients were confirmed with laboratory testing results.Results A total of 62 HIV/AIDS cases had been reported since the first HIV case found in Pengzhou in 1998.There were 48（77.41%） cases infected through sexual contact.The ratio of men to women was 1.95∶1.The majority（77.41%） of the HIV infected patients were aged 20 ~ 59 years.The HIV infected patients came from different occupations,including farmers（21/62,33.87%）,housekeeping staff（12/62,19.35%）,industry workers（4/62,6.45%）,migrant workers（4/62,6.45%）,students（3/62,4.84%） and etc.There was no new HIV infected case confirmed from 1998 to 2004.However,the HIV infected cases dramatically increased from 8 to 62 between 2007 and 2009.Conclusion The rapid increase of new HIV infected cases is a serious challenge to the disease control,especially concerning the large age span and the varieties of occupations for the infected patients,as well as the route of sexual transmission.A large population of temporary and immigrant workers needs additional effort for accurate HIV/AIDS monitoring and surveillance.
