摘 要:主观幸福感是个体根据自定的标准对其生活质量的总体评估,是个体对自己的主观评价。采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等方法对鄂西少数民族地区中小学体育教师主观幸福感进行调查研究,结果发现:鄂西少数民族地区中小学体育教师总体主观幸福感水平不高,其正向情感处于中等水平以上,负向情感略低于中等水平;生活满意度评价为"既满意又不满意"。体育教师的主观幸福感除正向情绪维度不存在性别差异外,其它维度上均存在显著的性别差异,男性幸福感高于女性;中学体育教师的主观幸福感总体上高于小学体育教师,但在负向情绪维度上,前者得分低于后者;教龄只在负向情感维度上显示出了差异性;收入变量在情感维度上不存在差异,但在生活满意度和总体主观幸福感上存在显著差异。Subjective well - being is an assessment of their quality of life according to the standard set by themselves, It is an individual~ subjective evaluation of their own. This article researches on subject well - being of P.E. teachers in primary and high school in ethnic minority areas in western Hubei by documentation, questionnaire survey and other methods. Results: Teaches'overall level of subjective well- being is not high, their positive emotion reaches middle level and negative emotion slightly below middle level; life satisfaction rating as "both satisfaction and dissatisfaction. " There~ significant gender differ- ence on subjective well -being dimensions except positive emotion, the males have a higher level than females; high school teachers'subjective well - being in general is higher than the primary school teachers, however, the former scored lower than the latter on negative emotional dimension; seniority dimension showed significant difference only in the negative emotional; there is no income difference on the emotional dimensions, but have significant difference in life satisfaction and overall sub- jective well - being.
