摘　　要：在低碳经济时代,传统图书馆受到了挑战。论述了低碳图书馆的内涵及特征,从低碳馆舍、低碳馆藏、低碳管理、低碳服务等方面探讨了创建低碳图书馆的策略。The traditional library is challenged in the ＂low-carbon economy＂ era.This paper discusses the connotations and features of low-carbon library,and probes into some strategies for creating the low-carbon library from aspects of the low-carbon library buildings,low-carbon collection,low-carbon management and low-carbon service.
