高校图书馆“借书难”现象的原因与对策

摘　　要：针对目前高校图书馆仍然存在的"借书难"的现象,分析了造成这种现象的原因,根据高校图书馆自身的条件和特点,指出通过强化图书馆员的服务意识,实行多种流通方式并存能有效地缓解这一问题。In the light of the ＂book borrowing difficulty＂ existing currently in university libraries,this paper analyzes the reasons of the book borrowing difficulty,and according to the conditions and features of university libraries their own,points out that strengthening librarians＇ service concept and implementing the co-existence of various circulation modes can effectively relieve this problem.
