摘　　要：在淬火起重机上采用了QSRQ可控硅调速装置,实现了快速下降、准确制动,满足了快速淬火的工艺要求,减轻了对传动链的冲击,实现了速度控制和载荷无关,为淬火起重机的安全使用提出了解决方案。Equipping QSRQ silicon controlled speed regulating device on quenching crane,which can realize the quick descending and accurate braking,meets the technical requirement for rapid quenching,reduces the impact on the transmission chain,and makes the speed control have nothing to do with the load,providing the solution for the safe operation of quenching crane.
