淮北市区生物教师综合素质调查研究

摘　　要：为了解淮北市区生物教师综合素质现状,对淮北市区生物教师进行调查.调查内容包括:教育教学理念、教育教学理论、教学内容与课堂教学艺术、教育教学研究、知识及教学能力等.结果表明:淮北市区生物教师的综合素质还达不到新课程标准的要求,仍有待进一步提高.生物教师通过更新教育理念、创新教育理论、创新教学方法、提高教学研究能力、扩充知识能力、提高教学能力等方面提高自身素质,以适应新课程改革的需要.In order to understand the comprehensive quality of biological teachers in Huaibei city,this paper conducted a survey of biological teachers in Huaibei city.Investigation contents included education teaching concept,teaching theory of education,teaching content and teaching art,education teaching research,knowledge and teaching ability,etc.Results showed that,the comprehensive quality of biological teachers in Huaibei city has not yet reached the request of new curriculum to biological teachers,but also need further improve.In order to adapt to the needs of the new curriculum reform,biological teachers can improve their own quality,through updating education concept,innovating in educational theory and teaching methods,improving teaching and research capabilities,expanding knowledge and improving teaching abilities,etc.
