摘　　要：注重人文关怀,是学生全面发展与和谐校园建设的题中之义。当前,以学生为本,关切高校管理者物质待遇,建立人性化的管理制度、构建和谐的师生关系是完善高校学生管理、促进高校和谐化、人本化发展的必然选择。Building a harmonious society requires the student management of university to establish a standard,rigorous teaching order.Meanwhile,to pay more attention to human care,and to create harmonious interpersonal environment,which is student-oriented.Basing on present state of student management system of university,this paper illustrates the importance of human care in the process of students＇ management,analyzing and presenting how to practice humanistic care for students.
