十七大以来党加强农村基层党组织建设的思考

摘　　要：党的十七大报告提出继续加强基层党的建设,基层党的建设重点与难点都在农村。农村基层党组织是党在农村全部工作和战斗力的基础。党的十七大报告提出了继续构建社会主义新农村与和谐社会的新要求,这是对农村基层党组织建设提出的新挑战,农村基层党组织必须认识到自身存在的主要问题,积极探索农村基层党组织建设工作的新思路,增加农村基层党建的财力投入,发挥农村基层党员的模范带头作用,改善农村基层党组织的设置和工作方式以及优化农村基层党建的"环境"。The 17th congress report of CPC puts forward new requirements of continuing to construct socialist new rural community and harmonious society by strengthening the primary party organizations＇ construction in rural areas.The rural party organization is the foundation of the party＇s all work in rural community.It must recognize the main problems and actively explore the new ideas to increase the financial resources,to play model roles,to improve the setup and working style and optimize the ＂environment＂ of primary party organization.
