摘　　要：目的了解某化工企业职业危害状况,为职业病防治提供依据。方法按相关技术规范要求,对该企业作业场所内职业危害因素水平进行检测,并对218名工人进行了职业健康体检,对结果进行分析。结果粉尘和噪声检测超标严重,样品合格率仅为54%和55%;体检异常人员有136人,占体检人数的62.4%;接触噪声的汽轮工和接触氟化物的造粒工异常检出率最高,分别占受检人员的82.4%、71.4%。结论该企业职业危害因素未得到有效控制,体检异常检出率较高,应加强职业病危害防治工作,保护工人健康。Objective To learn the occupational hazards of one chemical enterprise,and provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases.Methods：According to the demand of the related technical standard,the level of all the risk factors in work place in this enterprise were detected,and 218 workers had a health checkup.The results of the detection were analyzed.Results The results showed that： the dust and the noise badly exceed the State standard,the qualified rate of the samples was 54% and 55% respectively.136 workers were abnormal,accounted for 62.4% of all workers.The abnormal rates of workers exposure to the noise of steamers making and workers exposure to the dust of fluoride prilling were much higher,accounted for 82.4% and 71.4% respectively.ConclusionThe occupational hazards in this enterprise had not been effectively controlled,the abnormal rates of workers were much higher,so the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases should be enhanced to protect the workers＇ health.
