摘　　要：目的:探讨二次剖宫产后腹壁子宫内膜异位症术后疗效。方法:术中见病灶侵蚀范围大,腹壁缺损大,给予补片治疗。结果:术后随访无复发、无排异、腹壁无不适。结论:剖宫产后腹壁子宫内膜异位症给予补片治疗效果较好。Objectives： To observe the effect of surgical treatment on abdominal wall endometriosis after secondary caesarean section. Methods： The surgery revealed a broad range of disease focus and severe abdominal wall lesion. The patch treatment was used. Rlmflts; The follow-up after the surgery indicated no recurrence, no rejection reaction, and no discomfort in abdominal wall. Conclusion： Patch supplement proves to be effective in the treatment of abdominal wall endometrioais after secondary caesarean section.
