摘　　要：阐述了图书馆实施标准化作业的重要意义,以红河学院图书馆图书外借标准化作业流程的设计为例,探讨了提高图书馆工作效率和服务质量的有效方法。This paper expounds the important significance of implementing standardized workflow in the library,and taking the design of the standardized workflow of library＇s books＇ circulation in the library of Honghe University as an example,probes into some effective methods for improving library＇s work efficiency and service quality.
