摘　　要：随着计算机和网络技术的长足进步和发展,图书馆正在从传统的手工管理的服务模式走向计算机网络化管理的新时代。就网络环境下如何改变图书馆理念进行了着重分析,同时提出了图书馆功能定位的适变战略,以此提升图书馆现代化服务水平。With the rapid progress and development of computer and network technology,the library is going into a new era based on computer＇s networking management from traditional service mode based on manual management.This paper emphatically analyzes how to change library＇s concept,and puts forward the optimal variable strategy for library＇s functional localization in order to improve library＇s modern service quality.
