摘　　要：针对8G机车电阻制动控制柜故障频发,危及机车运行安全生产的现状,从设备工作原理上对故障原因进行了分析,并按照实际的可行性要求提出了改造设计方案。In the light of the present situation that the faults of the resistor braking cabinet of 8G locomotives occur frequently and endanger the safe operation of locomotives,this paper analyzes the reasons of the faults from equipment＇s working principles,and according to the actual feasibility,puts forward the transformation program.
