摘　　要：目的:产程观察中正确使用肛诊和内诊对产科各种异常情况及时做出准确的判断。方法:通过临床产科肛诊或内诊应用的观察进行经验总结。结果:通过正确的产科检查及早了解各种异常情况。结论:肛诊和内诊是产科医务人员都应熟练掌握的方法,降低手术风险,减少围生期母儿病率,使母婴安全度过分娩期。Objective： To study the appropriate application of anus examination and internal check in the course of delivery observation for the instant diagnosis of abnornal conditions.Methods： observe and summarize the application of anus examination and internal check in clinical practice.Results： Abnormal conditions can be early detected by adopting correct examination.Conclusion： Medical staff should be skillful in anus examination and internal check,which can reduce the surgical risks,decrease occurrence of diseases and ensure safe delivery.
