摘　　要：目的:探讨腰椎结核伴寒性脓肿疾病的护理方法。方法:回顾性分析32例腰椎结核伴寒性脓肿患者围手术期的护理。结果:患者均经手术治疗,术前加强营养,术后予抗结核治疗,效果满意。结论:腰椎结核伴寒性脓肿应采取全身抗结核治疗配合手术及综合护理等手段,加快患者的康复。Objective： To explore lumbar tuberculosis with cold abscess disease＇s treatment and nursing method and key points.Methods： 32 cases of lumbar spinal tuberculosis were analyzed retrospectively with cold abscess patients in perioperative care.Results： All patients were surgical treatment,preoperative and postoperative strengthen nutrition to antitubercular treatment,the results were satisfactory.Conclusion： Lumbar spinal tuberculosis with cold abscess should take whole body antitubercular treatment with surgery and comprehensive nursing,and other means to accelerate the recovery of patient.
