摘　　要：目的:正确的护理对切开复位内固定治疗复杂髋臼骨折手术患者的作用。方法:回顾16例复杂髋臼骨折患者切开复位内固定治疗的护理过程。结果:临床疗效按改良后D'Aubigne和Postel6分制法分别对髋痛、行走和髋关节功能进行评定,全组优8例,良5例,可2例,差1例。无1例因护理不当而引起并发症。结论:复杂髋臼骨折是一种高能量损伤,具有伤势重,护理难度大等特点,术前严密的病情观察以及术后康复护理对患者最大限度恢复髋关节功能有着显著影响。Objective： to explore the correlation between appropriate nursing and open reduction and internal fixation in treating acetabular fracture.Methods： retrospective analysis into 16 cases of complex acetabular fracture underwent open reduction and internal fixation.Results： Curative effects were evaluated in line with improved D＇ Aubigne and Postel6 regarding coxalgia,walking and hip joint function.8 cases proved excellent,5 good,2 average,1 poor.No complications have occurred dur to inappropriate nursing.Conclusion： Complex acetabular fracture is a high-energy injury with severe trauma and difficult nursing.Perioperative intensive observation and postoperative rehabilitation nursing are of great significance to the recovery of hip joint function to the maximum extent.
