糖尿病患者足病预防知识认知和行为的调查研究

摘　　要：目的:通过对糖尿病患者足病预防知识的认知和行为进行调查分析,寻找糖尿病患者足病预防的薄弱环节,为临床健康教育提供依据。方法:用自行设计的调查表,对收住的180例糖尿病患者进行问卷调查,了解其对糖尿病足预防知识的认知程度及足部护理的行为状况。结果:半数以上的糖尿病患者足病预防知识的知晓率在50%以下,未给予有效的足部护理,中专及以上文化程度的糖尿病患者足病预防知识的掌握程度明显好于初中及以下组,P<0.01。结论:糖尿病患者缺乏足部护理知识和正确的足部护理行为。Objective： Based on the investigation and analysis on patients with diabetes＇ foot,the author try to locate the weak links of their cognition and behaviors about how to deal with these disease,and furthermore to provide foundation for daily heath propaganda about diabetes＇ foot.Methods： firstly,use the interview format which are designed by ourselves for the investigation and analysis of patients with diabetes＇ foot;secondly make the interviews about 180 patients;thirdly find out the patients＇ cognitive degree of diabetes＇ foot disease prevention knowledge and foot treatment situation.Results： under 50 percent of target patients knew the knowledge about the foot disease prevention,did not have the effective foot nursing;Among all these targets,it is pretty clear that patients who have education higher than middle school are better informed about the relevant knowledge than patients who are lower educated,P0.01.Conclusion： patients with diabetes are commonly lack of the knowledge about the importance and the correct way to do daily foot treatment.
