摘 要:文章实验研究了水稻植株中吡虫啉的残留消解动态。样品用甲醇提取,二氯甲烷萃取,高效液相色谱测定。结果表明:吡虫啉添加浓度为0.05~1 mg/kg时,水稻植株中的平均添加回收率为81.27%~83.45%,变异系数为2.68%~4.08%;吡虫啉的最小检出量为1.0×10-9 g,水稻植株中最低检测浓度为0.04 mg/kg;吡虫啉在水稻植株消解符合一级动力学规律,消解半衰期为3.2 d。The dynamics residue of imidacloprid in rice plant was studied experimentally.Imidacloprid in the samples was extracted with methanol then purified with petroleum ether and last measured by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) equipped with UV detector.We can concluded from the results that: when the concentration of imidacloprid ranged from 0.05~1 mg/kg,the average recovery of rice plant was 81.27 %~83.45 %,the variation coefficient was 2.68 %~4.08 %,the minimum detectable amount of imidacloprid was 1.0×10-9 g,the minimum detectable concentrations in rice plant was 0.04 mg/kg;the imidacloprid in rice plant was ruled by A-kinetics and the degradation half-life of imidacloprid was 3.2 d.
