摘 要:以含羟基的乙烯基单体为共聚单体,合成了功能化的聚丙烯酸丁酯(PBA)乳液,以硅溶胶为无机相,用溶胶-凝胶法制备了PBA/SiO2杂化弹性体材料,进行了力学性能研究和结构表征。结果表明,PBA/SiO2杂化材料热压后成为一种力学性能优良的弹性体。扫描电镜和透射电镜分析表明,SiO2粒子均匀分散于PBA基体中,两相结合紧密,无脱落现象发生;结合橡胶分析结果表明,杂化材料热压后,无机相与有机相之间发生缩合反应,形成了共价键,使得两相间的界面结合力增强;TG表明,杂化材料的热稳定性有显著提高。The PBA/silica hybrids were prepared by sol-gel process in the presence of both silica sol and functionalized Poly(butyl acrylate) latex which copolymerized with a small quantity of hydroxyl-containing vinyl monomers.The characterization and the mechanical properties of the hybrid materials were investigated.The results showed that PBA/silica hybrid material became an elastomer possessing excellent mechanical properties after hot pressing.The results of SEM and TEM showed that silica particles had been uniformly distributed in the PBA matrix with a good polymer-filler interaction and none interface separation were found.Bound rubber analysis showed that the interfacial interaction between organic and inorganic phases had strengthened through dehydration condensation reaction between PBA and silica during hot pressing.TG results indicated that the thermal stability of hybrid elastomer increased obviously.
