木粉填充NBR对复合材料的性能影响

摘　　要：采用改性木粉填充NBR,制成含改性木粉为0%、10%、20%、30%的NBR复合材料,研究并比对了复合材料物理性能的变化。结果表明:复合材料的硬度、100%定伸应力提高;而拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、撕裂强度降低;各项物理性能都随着木粉填充量的增加而增大。The difference of modified wood powder on physical property of NBR composite was investigated by the ratio of modified wood powder being 0 %,10 %,20 %,30 %.The results showed that the properties of rigidity and stress of elongation were improved.The properties of tensile strength,tensile elongation and tear strength were reduced.The physical property was improved with increasing the ratio of wood powder.
