高保坍低引气型聚羧酸超塑化剂P(APEG-AA-UASO)的结构及性能研究

摘  要:以APEG、AA、不饱和氨基硅油(UASO)为主要原料,经水溶液共聚制备了高保坍低引气型超塑化剂P(APEG-AA-UASO)。用FTIR、GPC等对其结构进行了表征,测定并比较了其与TMS、GRACE等聚羧酸减水剂配制混凝土的坍落度和含气量的大小。结果表明,APEG、AA、UASO发生了共聚反应,得到重均分子量为13087,窄分布的交替共聚物超塑化剂;与国内外TMS、GRACE相比,P(APEG-AA-UASO)The high slump-retention and low air-entraining Polycarboxylic Superplasticizer was prepared by the solution copolymerization with APEG,AA,unsaturated amino silicone oil(UASO) as the raw materials and characterized by FT-IR,GPC.The slump retention and low air-entraining of the concretes containing the P(APEG-AA-UASO),TMS and GRACE were studied respectively.The results showed that the copolymerization carried out.The heavy molecular weight of the alternating copolymer superplasticizer with the narrow distribution was 13087.Compared with the domestic and foreign products such as TMS and GRACE,the superplasticizer P(APEG-AA-UASO) had better adaptability to the cements,meanwhile the concrete has the low retention and the better slump retention.
