摘  要:介绍了降解剂的作用原理、广州石化两套聚丙烯装置根据Hypol工艺特点和两套装置全面开发生产的均聚、抗冲共聚、无规共聚可控流变聚丙烯(CRPP)系列产品。采用可控流变技术制成的聚丙烯产品流动性好,适合注塑成型和纤维生产,还可提高抗冲共聚产品的抗冲击性能和生产负荷。最后提出了CRPP产品会造成刚性下降及带来气味等。Introductions were given to the functional principle of degradation agent,and the features of the two Hypol polypropylene units of SINOPEC Guangzhou,together with their series of controlled rheology homopolymerization,copolymerization and random copolymerization polypropylene products.The controlled rheology helps impact copolymer to increase their cantilever impact strength and production load.The polypropylene products made with controlled rheology were good at fluidity and suitable for injection molding and filament production.It was also pointed out that there was a disadvantage of lower rigidity and unfavorable odour of these polypropylene products.
