钟氏旋流沉砂池除砂效果的探索

摘　　要：为测试钟式旋流沉砂池除砂效率,直接向沉砂池入水口处倒入精选砂粒。实验结果表明,钟式旋流沉砂池对粒径大于2 mm的砂粒其沉降效率接近100%,符合行业对沉砂池砂粒的去除效率指标标准。沉砂池存在无法完成排空沉砂斗砂粒的问题。经改造排砂管后,排沙量比以前增加了。Selected sand was poured into rotational flow girt chamber entrance directly,in order to measure the grit removing efficency of the grit chamber.Experimental results showed that the settlement efficiency of the sand with pore-size greater than 2 mm in the grit chamber was nearly 100 %,which did accord with industry standard of grit chamber＇s removing efficiency.It had a problem with the grit chamber emptying grit.After rebuilting the removing pipe,much more girt was exhause.
