摘　　要：目的：建立测定不同产地白茅根中联苯双酯含量的高效液相色谱法。方法：采用外标法,Dikma Kromasil 100A C18（150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）色谱柱,甲醇-水洗脱（v/v,70∶30）,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长为278 nm。结果：在0.006~0.11 mg·mL-1（r2=0.9995）范围内,呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.17%,RSD为1.51%。结论：此方法灵敏,专属性好,重现性好,可用于白茅根药材的质量控制方法之一。Objective： To develop a method for the content determination of bifendate of the Imperata Cylindrical from different regions by HPLC.Methods：External standard method was used.The chromatographic condition was as follows： Dikma Kromasil 100A C18（150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）Column,mobile phase consisting of methanol-water（v/v,70∶30）,detected wavelength at 278 nm,flow rate was 1 mL/min,column temperature was 30 ℃.Results： The linear range of bifendate was 0.006~0.11 mg·mL-1（r2= 0.9995）,the average recovery was 99.17 %,RSD was 1.51 %.Conclusion： The method was sensitive,specific,reproducible and can be used as one of the methods of the quality control of bifendate in Imperata Cylindrical.
