摘　　要：水乳型丙烯酸密封胶粘剂用于窗玻璃和小接缝的工业密封有二十年的历史,其优点是低毒,无味,无污染和耐候性优良。为改善密封胶的粘接强度和力学性能,文章采用了一种专用于水性体系的有机硅烷,讨论了传统硅烷与其在水乳型丙烯酸密封胶中的应用。结果表明,对比传统硅烷,这种水性硅烷可以在不改变产品稳定性的情况下显著提高密封胶的力学性能和粘接性能。Acrylic emulsion sealant has been used for industry adhesion for 20 years,as a environment-friendly product,it has low VOC and excellent anti-weather performance.In order to improve its adhesive and mechanical performance,we used a newly silane,the result showed that compared with traditional silane the newly silane can effectively improve the acrylic sealant adhesive and mechanical performance without decrease its stability.
