摘  要:介绍了我国有自主产权的湿法脱硫工艺HPF法,同时设计出与之匹配的控制系统,本系统主要以PLC为下位机和MCGS作为上位机的组态软件,来开发湿法脱硫控制系统,通过PLC控制,具有可靠性高、易操作、灵活性更好等优点,同时此组态软件具有界面友好、操作方便、可靠性高、稳定性好等优点。该系统能够有效地实现对流量、pH值、温度、压力、液位等参数的控制,提高了控制精度与工作效率,继而提高了生产效能和管理决策水平,使自动化水平得到显著的提高。HPF with independent intellectual property rights in our country was introduced,and n the matched control system was designed.The system used the PLC as the lower computer and the MCGS as the upper computer to develop the system for desulfuration by wet process;the system controled the process with PLC,which was high reliability,easily operated and more smart.At the same time,MCGS was friendly,and easily operated,and high reliable,and more stable.The system could control the parameters easily such as flow,pH,temperature,pressure,liquid level,which improved the accuracy and work efficiency,the productive efficiency and management decision level,and the automation level rapidly.
