创新农村基层党组织设置方式研究

摘　　要：目前党支部建在自然村、建在产业、建在行业协会、建在企业等多种形式竞相出现,农村基层党组织设置开始由区域性向功能性拓展,由单一模式向多样化格局转变。农村基层党组织多样化设置创新必须因地制宜、与时俱进;必须重形式更重实效;必须创新优先与配套跟进相结合,实现党组织设置与经济发展方式转变、产业结构调整和党员分布变化等同步发展、同步转轨、同步运行。The traditional setting mode of rural grass-roots Party organization is facing severe challenge.Nowadays,in order to adapt to the changing economical development mode,the industrial structure adjustment and party members distribution,the innovation on the diversification of the setting mode of basic organization of the CPC in rural areas must embody the followings： 1.local conditions and keep pace with the times;2.paying equal attention to form and effectiveness;3.combination of innovation-first and supporting measures.
