摘　　要：本文从《苹果日报》引发的"动新闻"事件入手,系统地考察台湾新闻自由与民众监督的现状和媒体承担社会责任的情况,深入探讨其媒体新闻自由、社会责任及民众监督三者之间良性互动的机制建构,以期为中国大陆新闻传媒提供有益的启示。This paper systematically studied Taiwan＇s press freedom,public supervision and media social responsibility by selecting ＂Dynamic news＂ of Apple Daily as the cases.The author explored the mechanism among media press freedom,social responsibility and public supervision.By doing these,the article wishes to provide beneficial enlightenment for Chinese Mainland＇s media.
