摘  要:以环氧氯丙烷、二乙胺、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为聚合单体,以过硫酸钾-亚硫酸氢钠组成的氧化还原体系为引发剂,合成了一种新型两性离子粘土稳定剂,采用红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,用乌式粘度计测定其分子量,并通过一系列实验对其进行了性能评价。结果表明,该两性离子粘土稳定剂与盐水配伍性好,不仅用量省、耐洗刷、耐高温,而且防膨性能良好,可用于油气田的开发。A novel zwitterionic clay stabilizer was synthesized by the polymerization of epichlorohydrin,diethylamine,and 2-acrylamido-2-methyl propane sulfonate(AMPS),employing the solution polymerization method with the redox system composed of persulfate and sodium bisulfite.Its structure was characterized by infrared spectrum,its molecular weight was determined by Ubbelohde Viscometer,and its performance was appraised by a series of experiments.The results of the experiments showed that the novel zwitterionic clay stabilizer not only had good compatibility with salt water,small dose,strong laundry-assistantance and high-temperature resistance,but also had good inhibition performance for the expansion of clay hydration.It could be applied to oil-gas field utilization.
