摘 要:首先以八甲基环四硅氧烷、氨乙基氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷为原料合成氨基聚硅氧烷,最佳反应温度为130℃、反应时间为4 h;再经季铵化制得有机硅季铵盐抗菌整理剂,最佳反应条件为:反应温度80℃、反应时间4 h、氨基聚硅氧烷与季铵化试剂摩尔比1∶2.0。织物抗菌整理实验表明,整理后的织物具有良好的抗菌性能,当抗菌整理剂用量为1.0%(质量分数)时,整理后织物的抑菌率高达99%以上。An organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt as antibacterial finishing agent was synthesized.Firstly,amino-polysiloxane was synthesized with 3-(2-aminoethyl)-aminopropyl methyl dimethoxy silane and octa-methyl cyclo tetra siloxane as materials,for which the optimum reaction temperature and reaction time was 130 ℃ and 4 h,respectively.Then the organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt was obtained through quaterisation of amino-polysiloxane,for which the optimum conditions were as follows: reaction temperature of 80 ℃,reaction time of 4 h,the molar ratio of amino-polysiloxane to quaterisation agent of 1∶2.0.The treated fabric showed good antibacterial property.When the dosage of the antibacterial finishing agent was 1.0%(mass fraction),the antibaterial rate reached above 99%.
