高等教育大众化进程中关于精英培养的一些思考

摘　　要：2010年7月,《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020)》发布,明确指出:到2020年,高等教育大众化水平要进一步提高,毛入学率达到40。本文通过借鉴国外高等教育大众化之经验,提出在大众化过程中进行精英教育的具体途径。In July 2010,＂the national education reform and development of long-term plan for 2010-2020＂ published.Explicitly pointed out that,by 2020,higher education popularization to further improve the level of up to 40%,gross enrollment rate.This article through the higher education popularization foreign experience,put forward in the popular process of education of the specific way.
