微生态制剂治疗喂养不耐受早产儿的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察微生态制剂治疗早产儿喂养不耐受患儿的临床表现及效果。方法选取住院喂养不耐受的早产儿62例,随机分为治疗组32例和对照组30例,两组均按照常规护理和治疗,并予静脉营养的同时,治疗组在喂奶后予微生态制剂双歧三联活菌片0.5 g,3次/d,疗程5-7 d。结果治疗组患儿经过治疗,呕吐、胃潴留、腹胀、症状缓解、体重增长、静脉营养和住院天数等方面比较均好于对照组,且对比差异有统计学意义（P均〈0.05）。结论应用微生态制剂治疗喂养不耐受早产儿效果确切,无副作用,未发现不良反应以及并发症;且体重增长明显,缩短了住院日,减轻了患者的经济负担,特别适用基层医院,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of micro-ecological preparation on premature with feeding intolerance.Methods Sixty two premature with feeding intolerance were randomly assigned into two groups.The therapeutic group contained 32 cases and the control group contained 30 cases.Both groups of infants were given the routine nursery and treatment,and intravenous nutrition as well.The infants of the therapeutic group were given extra ＂Gold bifid＂,0.5 g one time,three times a day,and the course of treatment lasted for 5-7 days.Results There appeared to be significant difference between the two groups in nausea,gastric retention,abdominal distention,symptomatic relief,body weight,intravenous nutrition and hospital day（P0.05）.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of ＂Golden bifid＂ on the treatment of premature with feeding intolerance has been proved certainly,without side effects yet.And the infants gained weight quickly,shortened average length of stay,lightened patients burden.It can be generalized on clinic especially in primary level hospitals.
