摘　　要：目的:统计分析长江流域6城市225家医院2007～2009年银杏制剂应用情况。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,以销售金额、用药频度等为指标,对长江流域6城市225家医院2007～2009年银杏制剂的相关数据进行统计、分析。结果:2007～2009年长江流域6城市225家医院银杏制剂的总销售金额逐年升高,2009年达到38,355.6万元,用量最大的品种为片剂和注射剂,其中注射剂比重逐渐增大,片剂比重逐渐减小。结论:从销售趋势上看,银杏制剂是一类具有发展前途的药物,仍有上升空间,但其疗效需要更多的循证医学证据。Objective： To investigate the characteristics and the trend of Clinical Utilization for ginkgo preparations in 225 hospitals of six cities in the Yangtze valley from 2007 to 2009. Methods： By a retrospective survey, the data of clinical utilization for ginkgo preparations obtained from 225 hospitals in six cities were statistically analyzed. Results： The sales amount of ginkgo preparations in 225 hospitals of six cities, which firstly reached 383 million Yuan in 2009 showed a gradually increasing trend from 2007 to 2009. The tablets and injections ranked at the first two places among the ginkgo preparations in terms of sales amount. The percentage of sales amount for injections increased while percentage of sales amount for tablets reduced gradually. Conclusions：Ginkgo preparations will become promising medications and be commonly used in the future based on the trend of sales amount. However, more evidence is needed to confirm the effectiveness of ginkgo preparations.
