摘　　要：目的:为临床合理应用肠内营养液提供参考资料。方法:对市售肠内营养液进行体积、重量和残留液微生物学方面的比较。结果:易袋装营养液比瓶装肠内营养液体积小,重量轻,不易破损,方便临床使用、运输及贮存。瓶装肠内营养液在管饲或口服过程中易受到细菌的污染,而易袋装肠内营养液则不会被污染。结论:临床需根据患者实际情况选择合适的肠内营养液。易袋装肠内营养液比瓶装肠内营养液有更多的优势,更方便,更科学。Objective： To compare the type and packaging of different enteral nutritional suspension. Methods： We reviewed the category of each enteral nutritional suspension, and the volume, weight and residual liquid microbiology of enteral nutritional suspension in the bottle or bag are compared. Results： The enteral nutritional suspension bags have smaller volume, lighter weight than those bottled ones. Also, they are harder to damage, and more convenient for transportation, storage and clinical use. Furthermore, enteral nutritional suspension in the glass bottle is liable to microbial pollution when given orally or through the feeding tube, while those in bags will not be polluted. Conclusion： We need to choose appropriate enteral nutritional suspension according to the patient＇s actual situation. Easy-feed enteral nutrition bag has more advantages, and is more convenient, more scientific than the glass bottle.
