中国特色安全社区建设的总体方案设计研究

摘　　要：社区是承受突发公共事件的主体,安全社区建设在国家应急管理工作中发挥着至关重要的作用。从国际"安全社区"建设、社区突发事件应急管理和多学科理论融合交叉视角,阐述了中国特色安全社区建设的基本理念、主要原则,提出了中国特色安全社区建设的总体方案。Community is the place where public emergencies often occur,the construction of safe community is the core of the national emergency management system.With references to the construction of the international ＂safe community＂,community emergencies and the fusion of the multidisciplinary theories, the paper elaborates the features,basic concept and the principles of the Chinese - characteristics safe community and puts forward an overall design that helps to advance the construction of Chinese-characteristics safe community.
