摘　　要：在走访座谈、实地考察、专家会审、问卷调查等的基础上,结合文献比较分析法,分析了我国突发事件应急管理科技支撑的建设现况,为进一步完善健全突发事件应急管理科技支撑体系提供依据和措施。目前,我国突发事件应急管理科技支撑体系不完善,尚处于起步阶段,许多深层次问题亟待解决,应对突发事件的科技能力与发达国家相比差距颇大,当务之急是进一步建设完善突发事件应急科技支撑体系,提高突发事件应对能力。Based on interviews and discussions,field trips,expert joint checks,questionnaires,literature reviews,the author exposes the present situation of construction of scientific support system of emergency in China,which can provide references for improving the scientific support system of Emergency Management in the future.The scientific Support System of Emergency Management in China is still imperfect now,many substantial problems were far from being solved;there still exist a large gap between China and the developed countries.It is urgent to further develop the Scientific Support Systemof Emergency Management in order to improve the responsiveness to emergency.
