辽宁柞蚕纺织产业集群发展的分化与协作

摘　　要：制度性因素可以导致集群发展的分化,辽宁丹东与盖州的柞蚕纺织产业集群发展印证了这一点。针对辽宁柞蚕纺织产业集群分布的地区优势,建议整合资源,给予相应政策扶持;延伸柞蚕纺织产业链条;借力桑蚕丝织品销售网络和渠道;展开国际间技术合作,以便节约集群企业交易成本,促进集群的可持续发展。Institutional factors can promote the differentiation of cluster development.This can be proved by the development of tussah textile industry cluster in Dandong and Gaizhou.According to the advantages of Liaoning tussah textile cluster in different areas,the authors suggest that the governments should make efforts to integrate relevant resources and give policy support to the industry.The industry cluster chain should be lengthened.The sales network and channels for silkworm fabrics can be used.Besides,international technological cooperation should be launched so as to lower the transition cost of the enterprises and promote sustainable development of the industry cluster.
