集聚经济、制度改进和日本对华直接投资的区位选择

摘　　要：条件logit模型实证检验集聚经济、传统因素和制度对日本FD I区位选择的影响表明:集聚经济效应特别是日资企业的国别集聚、FD I的优惠政策和法制建设所带来的制度改进都对日本FD I的区位决策具有很强的正向影响,同时结合对传统因素(要素成本、市场规模和基础设施)的分析,可以发现日商投资会趋向于选择那些已经聚集大量日资的企业、有良好的市场制度和有利的FD I优惠政策、市场规模较大、要素成本较低、基础设施良好的地区。There are groups of factors that may affect the location choice of Japanese foreign firms：agglomeration economy,traditional economic factors and institution.Results show that agglomeration economy,in particular the clustering of Japanese foreign firms,and the improvement of institution resulting from the FDI preferential policies and legal development exerts the strongest effect on Japanese FDI location choice;Along with the analysis of traditional economic factors such as factor cost,market size and infrastructure,we find Japanese FDI tends to locate where Japanese foreign firms cluster,and where have FDI preferential policies,good market institution and infrastructure,lower factor cost,and so on.
