摘　　要：建设现代工业大市、现代农业强市、现代航运物流旺市、现代旅游热市、现代生态宜居城市和打造湖南经济新增长极是岳阳落实科学发展观、加快发展、转型发展的重大选择和战略谋划。必须紧扣主题、坚持主线,突出"转型升级、更大更强"的基本要求,强力推进"五市一极"建设,凝心聚力、开拓创新、多力迸发,推动岳阳新一轮更好更快发展。Construction of a modern industrial city,strengthening the city of modern agriculture,modern shipping and logistics city,modern tourism hot city,modern ecological livable city and new economic growth pole in Hunan,which are mainly decision and strategic plan for Yueyang City to implement the scientific development concept.We must concentrate the main development theme,adhere to the main line,highlighting the basic requirements of ＂transformation and upgrade,bigger and more powerful,＂ promote a new round development of Yueyang City.
