摘　　要：随着老年人口比重的不断增加,老年人合法权益受到侵害的现象变得尤为突出和复杂。老年人的再婚受子女限制、合法财产被侵占、子女附条件赡养老人等已经成为涉老纠纷的主要方面。在老年立法逐步完善的同时,亟需依托社区进行老年人法制宣传,树立其维权意识,强化社区基层组织的保障作用,设立专门机构为老年人提供法律救助以及引入司法服务进社区的方式,多种渠道为老年人维权提供切实保障。With the increasing proportion of elderly population,the elderly are infringed upon legitimate rights and interests have become particularly prominent and complex phenomenon.Elder remarriage restricted by their children,legal property occupied,elder supported by children with conditions,these phenomenon has become the main aspects involved in the old disputes.At the same time of old legislation improved,it is urgent to propagate the elderly law rely on community,foster awareness of their rights,strengthen the protection role of community-based organizations,set up specialized agencies to provide legal assistance for the elderly and introduce judicial services into the community,provide effective protection of rights for the elderly.
